JAG "Bad Guy" Summary

Sean Masterson as George Decker

A CIA assistant section chief in Italy who told the terrorists holding Tim Fawkes that Chegwidden and Webb had them under satellite surveillance in order to protect his "turf." Eventually he was coerced unwillingly to aid in the rescue of Chegwidden's friend and Webb's mentor.

Larry Poindexter as Dalton Lowne

A civilian attorney with Lowell, Harrison & Lowne who was obsessively in love with Mac & recruited her away from JAG. He was dishonest, used Mac and when Mac dumped him began stalking her. He was killed by a real stalker of Mac.

Gary Graham as Capt Gary Hochausen

Harms flight instructor, "mentor" and long time friend who caused his wingman to eject after striking a power pole making the plane hit a civilian car and explode. Although he and his wingman lied Harm found that he had falsified his vision tests by tripping him up with an altered test chart.

Lochlyn Munro as Lt. Andy "X-Man" Buxton

A "full-of-himself" pilot in Harm's squadron who was jealous of Harm and "confused reality with his score on the Greenie Board" (the carrier landing quality scoreboard.) He tried to court-martial his plane captain then blew up a vehicle carrying Russian peacekeepers. Harm and Brumby defended him at his trial; got him acquitted; but was permanently relieved of flight status.

James Pickens, Jr. as Cdr Wallace Burke

Arrogant Commander who used his ship USS Ellyson as a "meat market" for his tyrrany picking one Jr officer each cruise to berate, belittle and malign. Harm tripped him into admitting he "intentionally provoked" SECNAV Nelson's estranged son Brian into "disobeying his order in order to punish him later." Nelson left service rather than give the demanded apology.

John Ashton as Brian Turque

A NCIS agent (pronounced Tur-kay not key) who, being full of himself, saw Harm as a rival and was more interested in getting rid of harm than solving cases. He botched Harm's girlfriend's murder investigation (Lt Diane Schonke) but gave her letters to him so as to "part like men."

Bill Bolender as Captain Ross

Skipper of USS Seahawk who was being blackmailed by Mstr Chief Sullivan over an indescretion in his overnight room. He covered up for Sullivans sexual harassment of female sailors and retired one year before his 30 years when he had been selected for admiral.

Scott Valentine as Baxter Stark

"A hypocrite, opportunist and bottom feeder" who tried Gunny for gay bashing in order to bolster his campaign for state's attorney.

William Katt as Cdr. James Merrick

Carelessly got his ship too close to a turkish ship during a war game and rammed it when it turned due to "macho contest" with a Greek ship. Later became CEO of Battlefield Solutions & "accidentally" targeted leader who was financial threat to his parent companies' stock prices.

Steve Monroe as Lt Jeremy Duncan

Dishonest computer technician sailor who sabotaged the audio program he was working on, slandered his commanding officers, and went public in order to be discharged and accept a civilian job with a video game competitor.

Leon Russom as Army General Anthony Manzarek

Marine General who scripted a war game designed to provoke a nemesis, General Lucas West, into "interpreting" the rules in a way which would allow him to be court-martialled. Harm "reamed" him on the stand and made public his arrogant deceit.

Ted King as Lt Cdr Bob Holtsford

A dishonest repair oversite officer assigned as liason with Furhltec the contractor who re-furbished jet aircraft. His dishonest part swapping got two pilots killed. Tried to extort money from Furhltec. Got immunity from Leatham but lied so Harm was able, finally, to court-martial him.

Peter Onorati as Brett Orman

A private contractor at Guantanimo prison camp who got MPs and others to do his "dirty work" in terrorizing and torturing detainees.

Laurence Lau as Dr Lawrence Gettis

Military OB/GYN short timer who was Harriets doctor for pregnancy with Sarah. She went into premature labor at 36 weeks getstation but when prolapsed chord noticed by nurse Gettis was taking a ride in his new Porsche. Brumby lost his job for refusing to take his case.

Stan Kirsch as Lt. Ferrari

A maliciously arrogant JAG officer who won a voluntary manslaughter charge against Mikey. Maligned Mike, then Big Bud and Bud for the fraud charge against Harm's "weak" defense. The conviction was proven false.

Jay Acovone as Col Harry Presser

A marine major who creates a hostile environment to women by demanding that they meet the same physical requirements as men. He tried his arrogance on Mac who backed him down then recommended disciplinary action.

as Afgan Jack

A "deserter" who formed his own "army" of locals. After being assisted by Harm he offered Harm a position in his organization.

Steve Heinze as Special Agent Van Duyne

CIA special agent Van Duyne who helped Mac become an overnight diamond "expert" then was found to be selling synthetic diamonds to Sadik Fahd. Unfortunately, Fahd tortured him to death. (Persian Gulf, et. al.)

Nancy Chambers as Meghan O'Hara

"Singer" in her initial role as an assasin of a Romanian princess. Preventing her sucess got Harm his Romanian ribbon.

Erick Avari as Minister Nassan

Deceitful Iranian official who held Jack Keeter captive until Harm rescued him. General Cresswell apparently became friends with him but he was not above thinking he could "bribe or threaten" the navy judicial system to suit his own desires.

Mark L Taylor as Michael Gallant

Disgruntled civilian scientist who's concept of superconductor magnetic ion propulsion was not funded by SDI so he became sabatouer of astronaut spy satellite repair program so Chinese would build his engine. Episode where Harm landed a shuttle trainer "deadstick."

Joel Gretsch as Chief Hodge

A corpsman aboard the USS Watertown who created illness and injury in order to "look good" when he "saved" them. H & M discovered his "Munchausen's tendency and were severely injured by him trying to capture him.

Christopher Dean Johnston as Seaman Olin

One of three seaman to participated in "Dungaree Justice" & beat up a bartender for "raping" their friend who they got drunk and abandonded in a bar. It was actually him who egged his other two friends into the beating after he had raped their drunken friend who was passed out.

Vladimir Skomarovsky as Col Mikhail Parlovsky

Russian KGB agent who killed Stephan Kanaplanik, a russian mafia member selling fake POW documents to Harm. He promised to help Harm and sent him a "real" photo of Rabb Sr in Russia to lure him into a trap in his fight against Mark Sokol.

Terry Lester as CPO Fred Holst

An admitted wife beater who strangled Ensign Felker a lover of his wife's. He got her to lie for him but was caught when Bud got a Russian spy satellite photo of the beach murder scene showing his car.

Erik Todd Dellums as Charlie Lynch

A deranged sailor who first killed Annie (a niece) then his old MC Calloway, Angela Dalla Valle (apt house owner), Marjorie Lewis (Annie's aunt), a Military Sentry and the foster mother of Dar-Lin (Annie's twin) while he was kidnapping Dar-Lin. Harm killed him when he attacked him with an axe.

Nick Corri as Bronco Mendoza

The spoiled brat son of So American political Big Whig who, using his diplomatic immunity and his Princeton degree in chemical engineering, dealt & designed drugs. He killed Artemus Sullivan's grandson and kidnapped Artemus. H had Webb revoke his immunity after rescuing Artemus.

Michael David Lally as Detective Coster

A homicide detective who became a stalker of Mac's. He killed Dalton Lowne when his wire taps revealed Dalton was stalking her. He then captured her and tried to kill Harm before he was rendered unconscious in a fight with Harm.

Scott Paetty as Lt Sam Albrecht

Pilot who developed vertigo then killed his RIO Phil Zuzello before he was found out. The death by asphyxiation was blamed on the plane captain PO Moritz until Harm intentionally flew with him to uncover his secret and was nearly killed.

Hayley DuMond as Ensign Kingsley

Woman with uncontrolled anger who murdered her husband's mistress then when caught claimed self-defense. Her attorney, Juanita Ressler, manipulated the press until Mac countered her tactics & found other prior violent incidents - case was televised under the SECNAVs malicious authority gaining Mac national notoriety.

Alex Breckenridge as Pia Bonfilio

Old "friend" of Jennifer Coates who stole money from her pimp boyfriend then manipulated Jennifer to let her stay with her while she set Jennifer up to be blamed for the murder when she killed him.

Vivian Wu as Angelique Sonsiri

The Amer-asian wife of the ambassador to Thailand who was a serial killer preying upon navy Lieutenants like the American who abandoned her and her mother to the Vietnamese. Tried to kill Harm who was only saved by his feisty partner Meg.

Francois Chau as Gen. Chen

Chinese General who held a spy-plane's crew hostage and strip it's electronics after forcing it to land. He demanded to negotiate with Admiral Boone (ret), lied about the pilot being killed then actually killed the pilot when discovered. He "testified" in a courtmartial against the pilot who destroyed the plane on the airstrip.

Bernard White as Captain Carlos Fuentes & Sadik Fahd

Fuentes: Cuban Captain stealing secrets from downed US plane and engaged Harm in dogfights. Fahd: Terrorist who tortured Webb and Mac. Bought Stinger missiles from Raoul Garcia in order to launch an attack against the US. Mistakenly came after Mac who shot him: in the arm for Harm and in the head for Webb.

Francesco Quinn as Kabir Atef and Mustapha Ben Kessar

Kessar took over a hospital where a top Israeli negotiator was undergoing a heart transplant. He was electrocuted with defibrillator paddles on a wet floor by Harm, who he was trying to shoot.

Uncredited as Jaleel Nasseen

Hired by Fazal Kasi to plant bombs on the USS Wake Island but captured in attempt. Shot by Cpl Barry a guard & death faked by agent Novack of FBI to throw Kasi off guard.

Eddy Saad as Sina Kazzari

Double agent working for Webb and Iranians who tried to stop Harm from flying the Stealth F117 out of Iran after Keeter had landed it in the desert following catastrophic computer system failure. Shot by Harm using "western distraction" trick.

Stephen Liska as Gunter Harvak

A "Big-Fish" arms buyer for SadDAM Hussein who killed PO2 Elvgrin, an undercover agent of Webb's, and kidnapped Josh Pendry who saw him do it. He was killed by Harm before he could stab Josh.

Michelle Bonilla as Rosilita

Deranged terrorist who held children of Tiger Cruise hostage with her finger on Semtex explosives. She planned on exploding her and the children after others escaped but Harm shot her in the head as her finger was on the switch.

John Castellanos as Carlos Rojas

A drug dealer who seduced Olivia, the wife of Col Bradley Dunston in charge of drug enforcement in Panama. He had her smuggle cocaine in diplomatic pouches. When Harm and Mac found her out she shot Rojas before he shot her. Then Harm and Mac both shot and killed him.

Peeter Vilms as Vasily Rokatov

A professional assassin hired by General Krylov and others to kill an american spy who figured out that their his next target would be President Putin. He also tried to kill Sergei and Harm.

Jack Conley as "Hemlock"

An enigmatic assassin who was trying to assassinate Yeltsin in the US. He shot Meg in the head requiring Harm and Krennick to investigate together as the only one alive who had seen him. H eventually shot up his car, and him, while he was trying to escape. He was also in Shakedown(4) and Crash(9).
